- Abstract
WHEREAS, soil and agronomy data are essential inputs to increase agricultural production and productivity, ensure food and nutrition security as well as cope with climate change; Whereas it has become necessary to classify and store soil and agronomy data in a secured database and make them accessible for those bodies
working in the sector based on the requirements of type, quality, size, time and location thereby implementing a comprehensive management, utilization and sharing system of soil and agronomy data;NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with article 19, sub article 4 and article 20, sub
article 1 of Proclamation No.1263/2021 that provides for the definition of the powers
and duties of the executive organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,
this directive is hereby issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.- Publication Date
